What does Whole Resource supply?
Whole Resource Sdn Bhd, supplies steel bars, BRC wire mesh, GI fencing, gates, posts, razor wire and gabions, as well as hollow section, lightweight block, cement board and window coping. We supply contractors, builders, fencing installers and developers, and have served the construction trade for more than 13 years. See the full price list.
Where are you located?
Our office and yard are at No. 53, Jalan Hj. Abdul Karim 53, Off Jalan Sg. Jati, Kampung Jawa, 41200 Klang, Selangor. Self-collection is by appointment, so please WhatsApp before you come.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, and Saturday, 8.30 am to 1.00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Why are prices not shown on the website?
Steel prices move every week. We quote every order against that day's price rather than publish a list that goes stale.
How do I get a quote?
Open the price list, enter a quantity on each line you need and press Add. Then open your quote list and send it to us on WhatsApp at +60 16-390 9591, or by email to sales@wholeresource.com.my. Add the site location and the date you need the material, so we can price the delivery too. If you are not sure what you need, send us the drawing or the bar schedule and we will work out the quantities with you.
How fast do you reply to a quote?
Within one working day. The reply gives a firm price, the delivery charge and a delivery date.
How long is a quote valid?
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless the quote says otherwise, because steel prices change often.
How do I pay?
Pay by bank transfer before delivery. Approved trade accounts can apply for credit terms, which we confirm in writing.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver by lorry across the Klang Valley and Selangor. Deliveries to other states in Peninsular Malaysia are arranged case by case.
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery charge depends on distance, load size and site access. It appears on your quote before you confirm. Self-collection from our Klang yard is free, by appointment.
How soon will my order arrive?
Stock items usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days after payment, or after the order is confirmed for approved trade accounts. For cut-to-length, bent or special-order items, the lead time is stated on the quote. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. See Delivery terms.
Can you cut and bend bars to my schedule?
Yes. Send your cutting list or bar schedule with your quote request and we load to it. The lead time for cut-to-length and bent items is stated on the quote. Bars cut to length or bent to your schedule cannot be returned.
Do you supply JKR spec wire mesh?
Yes. BRC wire mesh A12 is listed in JKR spec, and the BS wire mesh range is also available in JKR spec and as GI wire mesh. Ask for it in your quote.
What if my delivery is short or damaged?
Count and inspect the goods when they arrive and note any shortage or visible damage on the delivery order. Tell us within 24 hours, with photos and the delivery order number, by WhatsApp or email. If we delivered the wrong item, too few, or damaged goods, we exchange, top up or credit them at our cost.
Can I return unused stock?
Standard stock items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, uncut, in their original condition, in full bundles or full sheets, and come with the delivery order or invoice. A handling charge of 10% of the returned value applies, plus transport if we collect. See Returns and exchanges for items we cannot take back.
